New Mobile-Friendly Format for Newsletter
We are delighted to announce that our Newsletter will now be published in a mobile-friendly format so you can take your Interfaith News on the run!
Here is what you’ll notice is different about the newsletter in our new format:
- Instead of a two-column layout, the overall look is presented as a single column. This allows the newsletter to display optimally whether you’re seated at your computer or glancing at your cell phone while you’re out and about.
- The calendar is still there but listings are shorter in order to create a more efficient newsletter. Most events on the calendar are hosted by groups other than Interfaith Partnership and we are glad to promote them. For those events that have a webpage or Facebook event of their own with full details, the link “For More Information” will lead you to this web presence. For those events that do not, the link will say “Read Full Calendar Listing with Details” and will direct you to the Interfaith Partnership website Community Calendar listing which includes all the details we have on this event including location, start/end time, cost if applicable, how to register if applicable and more. The calendar also now has a standardized size of photo for each listing so it’s more visually appealing, too.
That’s it! The rest of the newsletter remains the same. We’ll keep Interfaith Partnership-specific news and events at the top and then follow that by the Community Events Calendar. Submit to the Calendar by emailing Leslie Heberlie (leslie at interfaithstl dot org). (Guidelines here for what we publish.)
