Learn about Sikhism With Us – September 18

We are still reeling from the news about the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin. As part of our mission is to promote understanding of each other through education and relationship, we have planned an event to help educate our members (and the public!) about Sikhism.

Professor David Oughton of the theological studies department at St. Louis University will lead an event at 7:30pm at Eden Theological Seminary to teach about the basics of Sikhism. He will be joined by Dr. Binwant Kaur Singh, a leader in the Sikh community who will answer our questions, and Karen Aroesty, of the Anti-Defamation League, who will speak about hate groups.
